With the unified installer working for ACI, we can remove the previous version of ACI installer steps

@DivyaVavili Let's wait to refine the main and get more feedback from others before this is merged in. Also instead of completely removing this file, can we point folks to the new location, in case someone has a cached instructions for ACI interworking.

@jainvipin Sure... I just raised it as a placeholder when the new installer is ready to be used by everyone... Also, I'll make changes to point to the new instructions...
