This version of installer is used to provision contiv networking in both ACI and non-ACI mode.

NOTE: Changes from previous version:

The CLI no longer accepts server_info as arguments. Instead a single configuration file is accepted as input for all details.
Options included: Running the installer with '-a' option provisions the node(s) in ACI mode
