Changed image file name to match release. Changed nodeSelector to use current label for master

@magic7s thanks for creating PR for it. you can use https://github.com/contiv/install/blob/master/install/k8s/configs/contiv.yaml and https://github.com/contiv/install/blob/master/install/k8s/configs/etcd.yaml for installing contiv on K8S 1.9. This release branch are protected so we usually wouldn't accept PR against release branch, and we are reworking the installing piece in master branch for next release (1.2.1), please stay tuned or create PR against master branch. Thanks again for finding this issue.

This fix has been merged into master branch and it's in recent 1.2.1 release, please let us know if you still seeing problems
