Create an optional link between choreographers and users #17

Since our users might be The Actual Fancypants Choreographers, there should be a way to link the accounts. Has_one/Belongs_to? Or allow pseudonyms?

Also useful in this request: choreographer allowed to edit own choreographer page (with website, permissions), and an "authoritative" tag on their own entry of their own dance.
