Update emacs info #48

Hi,

I've update a bit of info concerning Emacs (minor things).

Let me know if my changes went too far ;-)

Concerning the categorial change of emacs, I'd rather not want to decide whether it is one or the other; and since as well the emacs website as wikipedia classify it as text editor, let's just keep it there. However I see, that if you install the right amount of plugins it can become an IDE, which is however true for many other editors as well.

Regarding jade -> pug, I have never heard of that. Do you mean this https://pugjs.org ? And what would be the reason to change to pug?

Hi,

I'm no JS guru but I noticed that Pug is superseding Jade: https://github.com/pugjs/pug so I thought that one can move to the new format already (although I admit this change is out of scope for the patch).

If you feel more comfortable, I can revert everything and just stick to the plan and update the docs about tooling for Rust for emacs (which that was the whole point of my contribution).
