extras not showing up #10

Hi,

I added a file in: Plex/TV Shows/Impractical Jokers/Deleted Scenes/Impractical Jokers - All Eyes on Murr (Deleted Scene).mp4

I refreshed the media and it is not showing up. log file attached.

Hey! I just had an issue with the exact same symptoms and I just got it working.

  1. Make sure you've enabled the agent (Settings > Agents > Shows and then check "Local TV Extras Agent" for all three categories (Personal Media Shows, TheTVDB, and The Movie Database).
  2. Click "Refresh Metadata" on the show rather than scanning for files.

I'd agree with point 2 made by @jonfortescue particularly – the log file you uploaded shows that the agent is installed, but doesn't include the logs made when metadata has been requested from the agent.

To perform a metadata refresh, navigate to your show within Plex Web, click on the more button (on the top-right) Plex-more And then "Refresh Metadata" from the menu Plex-refresh

@contrary-cat might seem silly, but I'd consider adding a quickstart guide to the readme to help folks less familiar with Plex agents and such.
