For the human-readable translation template, add a link to the JSON file #8

This should be done because a main route for people to discover the translations will be the human-readable version, so we should make it easier for them to find the JSON files by linking from the template

For example at the bottom of the human-readable version there could be text that says "This page is automatically rendered from the machine-readable JSON(hyperlink) translation."
