Update nette forms to 3.1.6 #57

I think it should be "nette/forms": "^3.1.6", not "nette/forms": "3.1.6",

@petrparolek, nope, we're allways sticking to one version and manually updating. THis library is to much dependant on nette\forms and small internall changes could crash it, so that's why we're allways sticking to specific version.
