Manual check on goddard 'all constraints' seems ok (this rather artificial version of the goddard problem tries to use all possible constraint types, check the goddard_all function for the constraints expression https://github.com/control-toolbox/CTDirect.jl/blob/tests/test/problems/goddard.jl#L53)
