light_v2 proxy docs issue with load_group_support #14

  1. Go to https://control4.github.io/docs-driverworks-proxyprotocol/#reduced_als_support
  2. Scroll down to load_group_support.
  3. The URL changes to https://control4.github.io/docs-driverworks-proxyprotocol/#toc which points to Disc Changer Protocol Notifications - TOC.
  4. The correct URL is https://control4.github.io/docs-driverworks-proxyprotocol/#reduced_als_support

This is probably an issue with the way Slate handles header fields, although I don't know why it would pick up TOC as there's nothing there with that header that I can see. The URL fragments are auto-generated from the markdown headers.
