Article: Swap out the hamburger menu #204

I would like my menu to slide with the hamburger and the title on the top-left.

Would be really cool if it just constantly rotated across the top on desktop.

The MobiScroll component is here.

The idea with this would be that I could replicate the same functionality mostly with just text, and probably even keep the font for the "Controversies of Science" title on the left. This would essentially get rid of the hamburger icon, and replace it with horizontal scrolling.
