Redmine server is not available #22

Good day! Can you tell me what am I doing wrong? On side Redmine; Plugin installed, server restarted, in Redmine menu Modules there is plugin. all okay On side MS Project error when connecting to the server

Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Can the host be opened by browser? Did you use proxy or vpn for the browser only but not the whole system?

Good day! I have the same problem. I can open by browser and I didnt use proxy or vpn. In the field "HOST" I put the "http://IP address". After doing all this, i still can't solve the problem. Any other solution?

  1. You can try to just copy the url from browser and cut it only leave DN/IP and port there.
  2. Maybe cause by the serurity setting of Windows or Office, just guest because no other meet this problem in default setting.
