Theme issue #13

I'm noticing that there is a weird formatting of the jupyters in this theme. Outputs of cells are indented the same as code blocks, but if there was a print() output generated, it is not indented, as if it were markdown text. See attached. Any way to fix? Should I look for a different theme?

Closing. This should be addressed with the modified octopress theme
