Rearrange the right sidebar #35

Wondering if it's straightforward to rearrange the items to right side of page so the more important ones make it to the first screen?

Organize the rest as:

  1. Recent Posts
  2. Tags
  3. Subscribe to our mailing list
  4. Social
  5. Latest Tweets
  6. Blogroll

Delete "Categories" section entirely.

Possible?

DISPLAY_CATEGORIES_ON_MENU is ignored in octopress :(
