Consuling page #39

do something to fix the formatting of the Consuling page, which still looks bad. Maybe I can just remove the quote block and go back to bullets which extend beyond the text to the left.

OK, that's an improvement. My preference would be to have the bullets align with the un-bulleted text like below, but not important enough for it really to matter. Keep the changes you made but nothing else needed.

Removed the quotes. Bullet points a left from vertical line. It could be changed in css, but it should take a effect on every page.
