V0.9.1 beta - Githubissues

This update brings the following main features along with some bugfixes:

[x] fix of conversejs ui boxes drag-resize stuttering over iframes on the parent pages
[x] support bosh and websocket connection methods with both login and prebind auth methods
[x] theme sync between Roundcube and conversejs (version of conversejs must be 6.x.x and newer)
[x] generation of unique resource on connection is fully delegated back to convesejs without any prefixes
[x] libsignal-protocol was removed from file and added as CDN (commented now as there are errors while testing)

There might be some bugs. Heavily tested on 5.0.5 and 10.x.x versions.
