Page tree doesn't refresh correctly after creating or deleting a page

When a page is deleted, the tree in the left sidebar doesn't update.

When a page is created, the tree collapses, and the disclosure triangle that's normally beside the root page disappears.

Both are fine after a refresh.

Also... when a page is saved, the tree opens up completely.

Doing this request in javascript does not bring anything, we can switch back to html.
