Warning/Confirmation isn't consistent when using delete button #116

Whenever a user tries to delete something they typically see a confirmation screen, but it's inconsistent where this happens. e.g. you can delete an entire folder of assets without any confirmation.

I've done a sweep through and put confirmation messages throughout the admin side. I don't think there's anything still missing a confirmation dialog.
