Options are hidden behind right-click #120

To create a page or folder in "Pages" and "Assets" requires a right-click on an already existing item.

It's confusing to require a right-click, which directly contradicts peoples expectations with web-pages (and causes issues as a learned behaviour when they try to do it in other sections as well.), and making you right-click on an existing item to create a new item confuses the issue further.

I've added a New Page button in pages admin, and a New Folder button in assets admin. The right-click menu is still present as well.

The following functions are still available only under the right-click menu:

  1. Duplicate Page (not working at time of writing)
  2. Rename assets folder
  3. Create file in theme folder (not working yet)
  4. Rename theme folder
