Move email delivery gateway settings into Breeze #125

It would make more sense for this to be a setting in breeze, instead of in a file on the server, ala the payment gateway settings.

I'll be reviewing all the settings pages for the Breeze modules soon, so I'll have a look at this while I'm doing that.

I guess the only question is whether you include just the settings we traditionally set, and leave the rest to being placed in the file if needed, or whether you should be able to specify all settings in the back-end. (Whether it's just a big field that you place the appropriate variables in, or whether there's a series of fields.)
