Trying to edit a page after it's deleted sticks in an endless loop #44

Steps:

  1. Create a page, add some custom types
  2. Leave the page visible in a browser tab, go to the backend in another tab and delete the page.
  3. Try to edit a CT on the page, or change the layout - page is stuck in an endless spinner.
