Add an extra autodiscovery chapter #23

The autodiscovery-part is only mentioned in the protocol flow, but I think we should add an extra chapter to describe the discovery part a bit more detailed.

I'm assuming the current flow is self descriptive. Is there anything specific you want mentioned?
