response codes - not only 202 #25

Other response codes than "202 Accepted" should be valid. If I have processed the webmention already, it should be ok to send a "200 OK" instead of "accepted".

Addressed in v0.2 branch. Will be adding some additional status codes as well (for example to indicate that the receiver will do nothing - i.e., it does not allow updates)
