Mention URLs about themself #34

Should there be a note inside the protocol that implementors should check if the source and target point to the same URL.

While implementing webmentions I came across this and it seems also to work on e.g. http://waterpigs.co.uk/notes/4WfKUc/ (sorry for the spam).

I don't see any reason why this should be allowed at all.

I’ve fixed that particular bug but will leave that fake mention around for reference. Thanks for pointing this out, I think it’s always been assumed that preventing a page from mentioning itself is just common sense — apparently not common enough for me to implement :)
