Forms responses mustn't include full labels html

New responses will not anymore post html labels but text content.
Optionally, a sequence will allow to remove base64 from labels of existing responses:
- Sequence DeleteB64FromExistingResponses
- recommended chunk size: 100
- After running this sequence user must use sequence process of lib lib_CompactCouchDB to gain performances and space

Reported in 2.0.0-beta70 : both sequence DeleteB64FromExistingResponses and New responses will not anymore post html labels but text content feature
