Clean-ups, removing cruise/climb distinction #128

@bqpd now you can have access to the d82.csm file. We can add anything related to the ESP integration into the ESPint branch.

@bqpd I'm assuming you have created something that can updated csm files from GPkit. Let me know whether or not I would be reinventing the wheel if I wrote a script to do that.

This is a whopper of a commit, and removes a bunch of unnecessary code. The diffs are good. Merge when ready.
