Conventional Configuration Wing Weight #53

This seems to be our biggest issue at the moment. We're missing both 737 and 777 fuel burn by about the same amount with approximately the same error in the wing weight. I made a specific issue to track this.

seemed to be due to assuming all the fuel is in the wings...closing for now.
