@mjburton11, I'd suggest changing the title of the PR and/or the description to better describe what the 4 included commits are intended to do.

I'm not sure that RvsC.ipynb should be part of the models library -- maybe it's better left as an example somewhere? Also, it currently has an error (C_fly vs C_tot), which would prevent merging this.

I only meant to push a few changes I made to DAPCA4, but it looks like they were already taken care of in a later PR. So I'm going to go ahead and close this one.
