Add cylinder moment of inertia #98

This included gpkitmodels/moi/moi.pdf. What's our best-practice suggestion for md writeups: should the built pdf be included in the repo, or gitignored?

Also, should these have makefiles to create the pdf?

Included so that visitors to the repository can look at it in all its glory.

Makefiles are still in https://github.com/hoburg/gpkit-models/pull/70, plus some local commits and updates I'm going to polish up...
