Interface personalization for clients #139

Some users would like to add their own logo and/or color scheme. These would need to change automatically based on the organization of the currently logged-in user.

OK, logos are done. The color schemes are harder and I'd somewhat shy away from them; there is the potential to create unreadable text in various places.
