Access statistics #140

Potential Analyst users would like to see usage stats, even via an external system like Google Analytics.

This would be especially interesting for statically published analyses.

OK, we could add a Google Analytics tracking system pretty easily. Is Google Analytics acceptable under EU regulations?

Also, do we need this for the Planner UI or just for the public UI? If the latter, this issue should probably be moved to conveyal/analyst.js (although that's still more of a library than a display framework).
