This is not currently a problem, but could be when we start sharing projects more broadly.
When one deletes a query that is in progress, we refund the unused portion of the query to their account. If a query is deleted by a user in different group from the user that created the query, the refund could accrue to the wrong account. The only way this could happen is if a query was shared between two organizations.
