Click on cumulative accessibility plot should set isochrone cutoff #177

As a step in the direction of our eventual UI rework, clicking the cumulative accessibility graph should set the isochrone cutoff slider to the value under the mouse pointer (should not be done on drag or hover, which does not animate fast enough on some browsers).

In fact we could remove the slider entirely and just use the plot for this purpose.
