NPE if you click 'download GIS' on isochrone result #219

If you click 'download GIS' on an isochrone result, you get an NPE. This is because GIS exports of isochrones are not supported. We should either

  1. support GIS exports of vector isochrones, or
  2. remove the button when a vector isochrone has been calculated.
