Here it is again. This one is almost certainly arriving at the same second given that the second ride is on the same route.
Ay. The second example is because there is a faster way to get to the transfer stop. We can solve that by reverse-optimization. In all fairness, though, we'll have to run the search past the end of the window and throw a few of the trips at the end away.
I think the last trip on the 39 should have dominated the one on the 3. It's likely that the one on the 3 arrives 10 seconds earlier but gets quantized to the same minute in the display, so this is likely not a problem, but leaving this here for future reference.
