Add commands, e.g. for channel listing #131

I'm not sure how to show the channel list... I was considering caching it and then allowing it to be searched through in the go-to-anything sidebar.

@Josefant: Got any ideas on how to list the channels? Not sure if I want one long listing of channels side-by-side in the main conversation window. I think it will clutter the gui. I'm also not sure how to do it for networks with many channels. What do you think @marcusramberg?

Found a picture from mIRC: http://tradingfrommainstreet.com/images/mirc/mIRC8a.gif There the search result is shown in a separate window with a table containing: name, #participants and channel topic.

I don't think mirc is the gold standard for how to do it. I think integrating it into the goto anywhere dialog as an option at the End seems smart.
