Adding elasticsearch local resource #341

Tested working with elasticsearch docker 5.1.2 - This is the same version AWS Elasticsearch as a service offers. They offer 5.3 as well but we haven't upgraded yet.

@ddollar this will need an image added to the convox dockerhub of convox/elasticsearch before it'll work. I added a link to an example in the comments. Just a heads up!
