New Feature: Comment a data request
- Create a comment
- Edit a comment
- Delete a comment
Bug fix: Data Requests cannot be updated by non-admin users
Bug fix: Replace 401 by 403

Awesome @aitormagan. I just installed ckanext-datarequests and its great. Ended up using our discourse integration though instead. Check it out http://data.beta.nyc/datarequest
