Add Trending Page to GitHub1s with OSS Insight API

OSS Insight provided a wonderful trending rank list for popular repositories, I think it is also appropriate to display such a rank list in GitHub1s, so that users can easily found interesting projects.

A simple approach is: We can replace the home page (https://github1s.com without path) with the trending rank list page.

We can still keep the home page as a VS Code IDE page, using Markdown to display the contents of the rank list, and using the file tree to display the differerent types of the list.

We will not destory the user experience anywhere else.

I have already contacted the OSS Insight team and got their permission to do it. Thanks OSS Insight.
