feat: support gitlab personal repo #480

Add support for personal repo.
Add environment variables to support custom settings.

GITLAB_DOMAIN gitlab domain, default is https://gitlab.com

GITLAB_CREATE_TOKEN_URL gitlab authorization url, default is /-/profile/personal_access_tokens

I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long. I intend to move the authentication code of gitlab to the repository for implementation. Anyway, I will deal with it as soon as possible in the next few days.
