Always render screen with refresh controls on tickets screen.

Use isEmpty to check if tickets is an empty list

Good. For the future let’s consider showing a message or drawing when the user has no tickets. Something like what Telegram shows when there are no unread messages.

Very good idea, it would be ideal to have a message indicating how to deposit funds so the user can have tickets.
