upgrade option problem #38

it says checking for update all good then suddenly an text appear says "Sorry we're having trouble determining if your pc can run windows 11. please close setup and try again"

closed the setup and even changed AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU to 1

any fixes?
