App not opening #9

Hi! When I double click the app, nothing happens(doesn't launch). I tried disabling my AV(Avast), rebooting my PC, making sure the iso isn't mounted. It's set to run as admin by default, so that's not an issue. Any help?

Hi, you need to be on Windows 10, have a 64-bit CPU, and have .NET Framework 4.7.2 installed (you can download here).

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 21H1(19043.1288) on a computer with an I7-4770K(64-bit) and I downloaded and ran the framework installer and it says I can't because it's already installed. The only thing I didn't do is running the installer in safe mode so I can rule out Avast completely. Tried out pretty much every app troubleshoot I could think of.

you have too run it as administrator

My account is an admin one, and I did try running it as admin. It works fine in safe mode, so it's something with Avast and/or Adguard that I use but I didn't have time to troubleshoot them.
