Some modules have a hardcoded stack name

Describe the bug In a few modules there was a hardcoded stack name.

• environments/wordpress//terragrunt.hcl
• environments//redis/terragrunt.hcl
• environments//ses/terragrunt.hcl

Additional context This breaks the terragrunt if your stack is named something other than "service"
