Should this be removed or did you mean any other file?

Great catch @zameel7, it's supposed to reference ./openedx_plugin/signals.py. But moreover, the description is dated. i'll take care of this.

@lpm0073 , while I was going through some of the files, I saw it taking values from os.env and it is nowhere mentioned in the readme file. Please do consider mentioning that too while updating!
