[PATCH] Fix Linux build (NULL undefined) #215

libjingle r85, as used by webrtc, doesn't compile on Linux (Fedora 15 on 
x86_64). soundsystemproxy.cc and .h use NULL without defining it.

This is the same issue as https://webrtc-codereview.appspot.com/177001/
