Its clear meaning is :

While having file/data transfer from one peer to another, does libjingle 
provides library function or something - e.g. before file/data transfer the 
unit or block of data got compressed and on receive it decompressed.(LZO 
library ? )

I have same question, does libjingle transmit compressed packets ?  I mean what 
is the average packet size sent while making an audio call using libjingle ?
