libjingle 0.6.10, Windows 7 SP1

libjingle 0.6.6 compile success.

I have solved it by changing file encoding.

Libjingle is not globalized code base. If you work on other languages, you need 
to change your system local to EN-US (cp443).

change mucroomhistorytask.cc and mucroomhistorytask.cc encoding to UTF8.
