Why does not exist 0.6.11 or 0.6.12 in Downloads?

I don't know why but not even all version are released. You can notice that 
0.6.7 and 0.6.8 also aren't there. Maybe these versions are not stable.

0.6.10 is the latest at this moment. If you need an even newer code base, you 
can get it from:
http://code.google.com/p/libjingle/source/checkout
