PeerConnection Build Error. #300

Hi!

I updated libjingle to 0.6.12 and recognized peerconnection example is newly 
added.
But it contains not enough files to build like thirdparty/webrtc/* and webrtc 
libs.

Could you please fix that problem?

I think this has been resolved. Refile in webrtc issue tracker if still present.
